Congratulations to Mothyna James Brightful, Monokia Tyson, Maria James and all of the persons who organized The 6th Annual Heal A Woman to Heal A Nation Conference: Rejuvenating Sisterhood. It was a phenomenal event (as always). One of the biggest highlights of this year’s conference was the celebrity mom luncheon panel that included:
Dr. Mahalia Hines (Hip Hop Artist Common's Mother)
Dr. Brenda Greene (Hip Hop Artist Talib Kweli's Mother)
Sheron Smith (Hip Hop Artist and Actor Mos Def's Mother)
Cassandra Mack (Author of Handbook for Single Busy Mom's)
The room was packed with women AND men of all ages. The tables were full, the food was good, the conversation was insightful! Check out some of the discussion caught on video
If you missed the conference, don’t worry, throughout the year HWHN will host provocative, intuitive, inspirational, empowering seminars that will keep you pumped until the 7th Annual Conference takes place.
More photos to come soon!
