::MUSIC BUZZ:: THE COMEBACK OF VINYL
written by Nicole Queen
I am firm believer that history repeats itself. The new or
should I say old talk of the town is Vinyl’s!
Vinyl’s have been making a swift comeback not only in the hands of old
collectors but gracefully falling into the hands of young collectors.

I myself have
been collecting for the past two years and I personally enjoy the element that
my vinyl’s hold. Vinyls carry an authenticity with them; they are sincere and
bear compressed music on every inch of the record.
Interesting enough as stated
by The Newshub.com, “It can be said that vinyls contain substance, they
contain hard work and carry history. When they were first introduced the music
was at large during the 1970s/80s and early 90s, so they go back in time and
rightly so; this should be appreciated.”
According to the BPI (British
Phonographic Industry), physical albums made up almost half of album sales in
2014. Physical albums make up 48.8% of the market share. If you are a true
music lover I would say this is one trend you would want to follow. Invest in a
vinyl and experience music like never before.
